Level 13

In Level 13 we extend our knowledge of the ‘Magic E’ rule and show how it can be used in words with more than one syllable.  We also talk about the importance of syllables and how they help with reading and spelling words.

This first Now Do video will demonstrate how ‘magic e’ can be used within words with more than one syllable.

And these three Now Do videos will provide practice of these words within extended sentences that allow us opportunity to review a lot of the previous learning in the programme.

Level 14

In Level 14 we will introduce the vowel blends: AI and AY – that both make an /A/ sound.

This How To video will introduce the sound and letter combinations:

And these three Now Do videos will demonstrate how these letter combinations and sounds can be combined with previous letters and sounds to form a bunch of new words, with opportunities to practice reading and spelling of these words:

Level 15
