In the video below, we introduce our Dyslexia at Second Level: Professional Learning Resources. These are designed to help whole-school communities build greater understanding of dyslexia and develop practical, inclusive strategies to support dyslexic students. Whether you’re a classroom teacher, school leader, or support staff member, these tools are flexible, accessible, and ready to use as part of your school’s professional learning journey.
The Whole School learning resources comprise a series of short training videos (3–10 minutes each) on key topics such as: What is Dyslexia, Inclusive Classroom Strategies, Study Skills, Exam Techniques, and more. Each video comes with staff discussion points and a downloadable PDF version of the presentation slides to support professional learning and collaboration. These resources can be used during school planning days and staff meetings throughout the school year, as well as for independent learning.
In addition, our subject-specific guidance offers tailored approaches and supports for students with dyslexia in individual subject areas.
